The article presents a retrospective study of the history of preterm birth and perinatal outcomes. Statistical analysis of the effect of non-specific cervico-vaginal infections in the perinatal outcomes was performed. 

Efficiency of intravenous use of the iron (III) hydroxide oligoizomaltozat in the pregnant with anemia in II and III trimesters of pregnancy is shown. Earlier performance of intravenous ferrotherapy results in the best outcomes: in the II trimester before labor authentically smaller number of women has anemia. In comparison of different methods of therapy (single infusion and fractional course of equivalent dosages of iron) more expressed effect when performing therapy by fractional course is noted.

The article presents generalized data on cancer risks during menopausal hormone therapy (MHT). It is shown that, in proper MHT prescription, it is possible to achieve targeted treatment outcomes without increasing cancer risk. 

The paper analyzes the frequency of euthyroid sick syndrome (ESS) and its types in various severe somatic diseases. 1008 patients who are on hospital treatment in specialized medical institutions were examined. The conclusion is made about the wide prevalence of ESS in somatic patients (36.5%), the formation of this syndrome and its individual types is a reflection of the severity of the underlying disease. 

Analytical review of modern technologies of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism therapy in adolescents was presented, using recombinant gonadotropins, currently recognized as an effective remedy of puberty induction and substitutive hormone therapy in the mentioned pathology.

Arrhythmic syndrome associated with connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) is one of the leading lesions of the cardiovascular system in young people. The use of magnesium orotate dihydrate during 4 months allowed to restore the sensitivity of adrenoreceptors, as well as to reduce the incidence of heart rhythm disorders in patients with CTD. Thus, in the program of management of patients with cardiac arrhythmias and CTD, it is reasonable to include magnesium preparations, in particular – magnesium orotate dihydrate, which will improve the effectiveness of antiarrhythmic therapy in this category of patients. 

Prevalence of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with features of acute myocardial ischemia on the background of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and suspected non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome was evaluated. Clinical and laboratory predictors of significant coronary atherosclerosis in patients of this group were suggested. Negative impact of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation was shown. 

The article describes results of comparative assessment of protective properties of four types of medical masks, which consumers use for protection from harmful aerosols. The new anatomic medical masks showed significantly higher results, both by quality of their filtering material, and by tightness of face fitting as compared to a usual medical mask.

Currently, theory of chondropenia, due to age-related reduction of glycosaminoglycans, is actively developed. Modern complex OA therapy should include glycosaminoglycans.

The article presents the results of the study assessing the effectiveness of intra-articular administration of hyaluronic acid in patients with shoulder joint impigment syndrome. It was found that, medical device for the replacement of synovial fluid has a significant symptomatic effect, relieving or reducing pain, restores the completeness of movements in the joint and, thereby, improving functional performance. 

The study estimates chronic systemic inflammatory reaction in gynecologic diseases of tumorous and non-tumorous origin by level of cytokines and interleukins in peripheral blood. Effect of use of lignin-7-hydroximateiresinol on manifestations of systemic reaction of immunity after surgical treatment of the patients was studied.
