Ишемия миокарда на фоне пароксизма фибрилляции предсердий: прямое следствие аритмии или признак коронарного атеросклероза?

Аннотация

Проведена оценка встречаемости коронарного атеросклероза у пациентов с пароксизмом фибрилляции предсердий и признаками ишемии миокарда, позволяющими заподозрить нестабильную стенокардию или инфаркт миокарда без подъема ST. Для пациентов данной группы предложены клинические и инструментальные предикторы выявления коронарного атеросклероза, показано его негативное влияние на прогноз.
