The work is aimed at strengthening scientific evidence of the use of pharmacopuncture — a method which combines the possibilities of reflexology and bioregulatory medicine. The combination of the reflex and medicament components observed during the pharmacopuncture by the drug ensured the effectiveness and long-term impact. Cases of hospitalized incidence of primary skin lymphomas, and in particular mycosis fungoides over a 5-year period by sex, age, clinical manifestations and stages of the disease, the duration of the diagnostic period, as well as the longevity of patients and causes of death are analyzed. The 1-year and 3-year overall survival and disease-specific survival of patients with mycosis fungoides are calculated.

Generalized Recklinghausen neurofibromatosis is considered in details. The article describes such angiomatous phakomatoses as Sturge‒Weber‒Krabbe syndrome, Hippel‒Lindau syndrome, the fifth phakomatosis, variants of differential diagnosis of these diseases and possible methods of treatment.

Two cases of Lyell’s syndrome (toxic epidermal necrolysis) — a severe disease of the dermatovenereological profile of toxic-allergic nature with high lethality are considered. The effectiveness of the second stage of cardiac rehabilitation on the prognosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) was evaluated. Based on our data, the lack of referral to the second stage of cardiac rehabilitation has no negative effect on the prognosis (death rate, myocardial infarction and myocardial revascularization during 12 months of observation) in patients with T2DM and ACS who did and did not undergo coronary intervention (percutaneous coronary intervention or bypass surgery).
