Possibility to improve results of dorsopathy treatment using patented paracentetic method of diagnostics and treatment of intracartilage hypertension was studied. 

The work is aimed at strengthening scientific evidence of the use of pharmacopuncture — a method which combines the possibilities of reflexology and bioregulatory medicine. The combination of the reflex and medicament components observed during the pharmacopuncture by the drug ensured the effectiveness and long-term impact. Clinical data were in good agreement with the results of the objective examination. 

The article presents clinical description of the family in which, in three generations, clinical picture of cervical dystonia was observed. The peculiarity of this case is high sensitivity to exogenous triggering factors and dystonic tremor. 

Approaches to treatment of patients with chronic form of cerebrovascular diseases were presented. Nootropic, vascular and antioxidant effects of complex therapy were demonstrated, which allow to significantly reduce such wide-spread complaints as headaches, giddiness, asthenia and vegetative disorders. 

This article describes a case of retrograde amnesia after intentional poisoning with Isoniazid in a 31 year old male patient suffering from Tropicamide drug addiction. 

Cases of hospitalized incidence of primary skin lymphomas, and in particular mycosis fungoides over a 5-year period by sex, age, clinical manifestations and stages of the disease, the duration of the diagnostic period, as well as the longevity of patients and causes of death are analyzed. The article presents the results of a study on the effectiveness and tolerance of the preparation of butyric acid and inulin in patients with acne of moderate severity in standard treatment regimens. 

The article summarizes information about the disease leprosy. Data of the literature on epidemiology of the disease, the features of the clinical picture, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of the dermatosis are presented. 

Two cases of Lyell’s syndrome (toxic epidermal necrolysis) — a severe disease of the dermatovenereological profile of toxic-allergic nature with high lethality are considered. A favorable outcome of these clinical observations is due to the use of the so-called fluid bed in complex therapy. The development and introduction of new ways of treatment of such diseases is a critical direction in medical practice. 

The article presents the features of interaction of human papilloma virus (HPV) with the immune system, emphasizes the special relevance of HPV infection during pregnancy and the risk of papillomavirus pathology in children. The data of own research of frequency of occurrence of HPV-associated pathology of extragenital localization in pregnant women with the diagnosis of anogenital warts were presented. 

The main causes of structural focal epilepsy in children with cerebral hemiparesis were defined. features of the treatment were clarified, as well as prognosis of epileptic attacks and the possibility of rehabilitation for children with this pathology.

Based on our own multi-year data, a retrospective analysis of the dynamics of active replication of persistent infections in children was made. The article describes how the indicators of active replication genomes of obligate intracellular parasites and herpesviruses vary with age and seasonal changes. 

The effectiveness of the second stage of cardiac rehabilitation on the prognosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) was evaluated. Based on our data, the lack of referral to the second stage of cardiac rehabilitation has no negative effect on the prognosis (death rate, myocardial infarction and myocardial revascularization during 12 months of observation) in patients with T2DM and ACS who did and did not undergo coronary intervention (percutaneous coronary intervention or bypass surgery). 

A study was carried out with the participation of patients with allergic asthma, comorbid with allergic rhinitis and atopic dermatitis, with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of treatment with polyvalent sensitization by the administration of allergenspecific immunotherapy.
