The article presents data on the stimulation and support of lactation after childbirth in lactating women and a review of the known drug and non-drug lactogonic agents. The most widely known lactogonic drugs are metoclopramide and domperidone. However, they have significant limitations for use due to serious side effects. Non-pharmacological lactogonic agents include lactogonic herbs and products of plant origin.
The World Health Organization’s Diabetes Global Report emphasizes that diabetes is a priority noninfectious disease. The exact causes of the development of type I diabetes mellitus are unknown, but there is a generally accepted view that type I diabetes is the result of a complex interaction of genetic factors and the environment. A study of the effects of vitamin D insufficiency and deficiency in children with type I diabetes showed an increased risk of developing the disease in individuals prone to it.
We made the clinical assessment of use efficiency for gelatine tannate in treatment of acute gastroenterocolites in children at the age of 3 to 12 months, in whose etiological structure the conditionally pathogenic flora was predominant. Prescription of gelatine tannate lead to fast relief of intestinal syndrome during 48 hours since the moment of admission in 73.3% of children. In those patients who got antibiotics, leveling of intestinal syndrome by the second day was observed only in 36.7% of patients. No adverse reactions to administration of gelatine tannate were revealed in the patients.
The article discusses the functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract in infants. The types of psychological component of gestational dominant are described. Modern data on psychogenic disorders and eating behavior are presented: regurgitation, bulimia, refusal to eat, which reflect inadequate interaction of the mother with the child. Colic, crying and anxiety of the child are associated with depression and anxiety of the mother.
The study of the state of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in 47 children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus showed a progressive decrease in residual insulin secretion and insulin-binding activity of lymphocytes against the background of metabolic disorders of fatty acids, which are risk factors for severe course of the disease with the rapid development of hypoxia and other diabetic complications, including functional disorders in the digestive system.
Clinical and immunological efficiency of use of recombinant alpha-2b interferon preparation as a component of complex therapy of respiratory disorders in prematurely newborns was studied. It was shown that, in prevention and treatment of intrauterine infections of the fetus and the newborn, except for etiotropic, immune-correcting therapy is also very important. Inclusion of recombinant alpha-2b interferon preparation in the complex therapy contributes to improvement of the course, and reduction of duration of the disease.

The article describes the results of observation of 114 children at the age 1–16 years, with hyperkinetic syndrome as a component of different neurological diseases and their secondary somatic complications. The structure of extrapyramidal disorders in children patients in the sampling was studied, as well as the level of disorders in protein-energetic metabolism, respiratory disorders, secondary orthopedic pathology, visual and hearing impairments, cardiovascular pathology, and intellectual disorders. The analysis results of structure of extrapyramidal disorders were visually presented.

The article presents a review of the literature on the study of the influence of alkaline water on the organism, and also recommendations for use to maximize the preservation of its action. It is highlighted that the use of alkaline water can be an additional antioxidant support which favorably influences on state of health in diabetes and hyperlipidemia, and can improve blood rheology when it is disturbed due to intense physical exertion.
The review article presents modern views on the possibility of organizing rational diet therapy, physical activity and lifestyle modification in the management of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The favorable effect of non-drug technologies in the long-term management and rehabilitation of patients was noted.

The purpose of this study is an assessment of modern epizootic-epidemiological features of rabies in the territory of the Russian Federation with the identification of risk factors for complications of the situation for control and surveillance. The study analyzed the results of rabies surveillance in Russia based on data obtained from 2000 to 2017.
The article presents data on rosacea, a widespread inflammatory dermatosis characterized by skin lesions, affecting mainly the skin of the face. The article reveals the pathogenic mechanisms, unfavorable trigger risk factors of the disease, features of the clinic, management and methods of treatment of patients with rosacea.
