Питьевая щелочная вода - насколько благотворно ее влияние на организм? Обзор литературы

Аннотация

В статье изложен обзор литературы по изучению влияния щелочной воды на организм человека, а также приводятся рекомендации по употреблению для максимального сохранения ее действия. Отмечено, что употребление щелочной воды может быть дополнительной антиоксидантной поддержкой, благоприятно сказываться на состоянии здоровья при диабете и гиперлипидемии и может улучшать реологию крови в случае, когда она нарушена из-за интенсивных физических нагрузок.
