Современные технологии медицинской реабилитации при ожирении, применяемые с детского возраста

Аннотация

В статье проанализированы аспекты применения современных реабилитационных технологий, направленных на уже развившееся ожирение и на его профилактику. Отмечено, что контроль массы тела может быть достигнут применением многокомпонентного вмешательства в изменение привычек питания, образа жизни, физической активности ребенка, с вовлечением всех членов его семьи и окружения. Соблюдение ключевых рекомендаций по рациональному питанию, физической активности, достаточному сну также может служить хорошим средством профилактики развития ожирения.
