Отмечено, что контроль массы тела может быть достигнут применением многокомпонентного вмешательства в изменение привычек питания, образа жизни, физической активности ребенка, с вовлечением всех членов его семьи и окружения. Соблюдение ключевых рекомендаций по рациональному питанию, физической активности, достаточному сну также может служить хорошим средством профилактики развития ожирения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article analyzes the aspects of the use of modern rehabilitation technologies aimed at the already developed obesity and its prevention. It is noted that the control of body weight can be achieved by using a multi-component intervention in changing eating habits, lifestyle, physical activity of the child, with the involvement of all members of their family and environment.
