Research Focus:
Practicing physician. Since 2017, Dr. Feygina has been a member of the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Transplant Team. She previously worked as a pediatric nephrologist with the renal transplant team at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. She completed her three-year pediatric nephrology fellowship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, with specialized training in pediatric transplant nephrology.
Since 2017, Dr. Feygina has served as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick. Her clinical expertise encompasses innovative therapeutic approaches for pediatric chronic kidney disease, renal replacement therapies and kidney transplantation, with particular focus on optimizing post-transplant immunosuppressive regimens and supportive care.
An active contributor to her field, Dr. Feygina is a member of the International Pediatric Nephrology Association, American Society of Nephrology, and American Board of Pediatrics. She has disseminated her research through numerous publications and presentations in pediatric nephrology.
