Abstract

The high clinical efficacy and safety of the drug norfloxacin for the empirical therapy of community-acquired uncomplicated acute cystitis in outpatient practice, based on a low level of uropathogens’ antibiotic resistance to the drug, good tolerability and high patient compliance were studied.

In the article, modern views on urinary tract infection in pregnant women are presented. The features of antibacterial therapy depending on the localization of the infectious process in the urinary tract are revealed, the tactics of management of pregnant women according to clinical recommendations are given. Abstract

Despite the achievements of immunosuppressive therapy in patients after renal transplantation, duration of graft survival remains unchanged during last few decades. Marrow multipotent mesenchymal (stromal) stem cells (BM MMSC) is a potential tool to influence this situation. Actual experience and gaps in BM MSC data have been analyzed in current publication.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to give a clinical description of children with kidney damage in endocrine diseases. The analysis of the primary medical documentation and clinico-paraclinical examination of children suffering from type 1 diabetes mellitus and obesity from 3 to 17 years for the period 2017–2018 was done. Early diagnostics of kidney disease is based on the identification of predictors of their formation.
