Ишемическая болезнь сердца при циррозе печени: современные реалии

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены дискуссионные данные о распространенности ишемической болезни сердца при циррозе печени. Рассмотрено влияние этиологии цирроза печени, других факторов риска на шанс развития коронарного атеросклероза в терминальных стадиях патологии печени. Отмечена необходимость проведения исследований с целью уточнения частоты развития ишемической болезни сердца при циррозе печени, ее взаимосвязи с проявлениями печеночной патологии, возможностей улучшения стратификации риска и разработки стратегий лечения пациентов, в том числе ожидающих трансплантации органа.
