Benign and precancerous cervical pathology. Clinical picture and anamnestic aspects

Abstract

Pathological processes of the cervix are the leading issues of modern gynecology due to the high frequency of transformation in cervical cancer. A cross-sectional study was conducted, which included 100 patients. It was found that the development of precancerous cervical pathology has a connection with early sexual debut, number of sexual partners, lack of a permanent sexual partner, long-term use of oral contraceptives (more than 5 years). Smoking is a significant cofactor of the development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. The presence of high-risk oncogenic human papilloma virus 7,4 increases the risk of developing precancerous cervical pathology.
