Трудный диагноз. Острый инфаркт миокарда или миоперикардит?
Аннотация
Рассмотрены подходы к дифференциальной диагностике синдрома боли в грудной клетке у пациента в отделении неотложной кардиологии. Выделены признаки, позволившие исключить диагноз острого коронарного синдрома и диагностировать с учетом критериев, предложенных экспертами Европейского общества кардиологов, миоперикардит.
