Цитомегаловирусная инфекция в практике врача: современный алгоритм диагностики и лечения
Аннотация
В статье проанализированы опубликованные данные по вопросам адекватной диагностики антенатальной и постнатальной цитомегаловирусной инфекции (ЦМВИ), а также лечению острых ЦМВИ у беременной, плода и новорожденного. Представлены отечественные клинические рекомендации по диагностике и лечению врожденной ЦМВИ, разработанные Российской ассоциацией специалистов перинатальной медицины в 2016 г.; первые неофициальные международные рекомендации по вопросам диагностики и лечения врожденной ЦМВИ.
