Difficulties of stable metabolic compensation of type 1 diabetes mellitus in adolescents
Abstract
The purpose of this report is to discuss the main factors that prevent the stable metabolic compensation of type 1 diabetes mellitus in adolescents, which must be taken into account in the management of the patient, the selection and control of therapy, as well as in training the patients themselves and their parents to control the disease.
