Clinical experience of using Ixekizumab in treatment of a female patient with severe psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, resistant to the therapy

Abstract
The article presents current data on the treatment of patients with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis using gene-engineered biologic drugs of various classes. The article presents the experience of clinical monitoring of a female patient with an extremely severe variant of the disease course, resistant to standard treatment methods and demonstrating insufficient and short-term effectiveness of the use of biological drugs, who responded to treatment with ixekizumab.
