Ограниченная лимфангиома у больного онкологического профиля

Аннотация
Ограниченная (капиллярная) лимфангиома (lymphangioma circumscriptum) (CLC) - это врожденная или приобретенная аномалия поверхностных лимфатических сосудов, представляющая собой сгруппированные папулы, на вершине которых расположены везикулы, которые содержат прозрачную лимфатическую жидкость, но могут стать геморрагическими, внешне напоминающими «икру лягушки». Дифференциальный диагноз проводится с контагиозным моллюском, гемангиомой, ангио-кера-томой. Кроме того, важным является исключение кожных метастазов злокачественных новообразований (carcinoma teleangiectoides), визуальные проявления которых почти идентичны лимфангиоме. В статье представлен случай клинического наблюдения женщины в возрасте 54 лет с CLC после радикальной мастэктомии по поводу рака молочной железы.
