Диета и эндометриоз. Обзор литературы
Аннотация
В литературе имеются данные о том, что существует взаимосвязь между особенностями питания и возникновением эндометриоза. В данной статье представлены данные литературы по данной тематике из электронных баз данных MEDLINE, EMBASE и Science Citation Index Expanded. Было выявлено одиннадцать исследований: 10 исследований «случай-контроль» и одно когортное исследование. Женщины с эндометриозом потребляют меньше овощей и омега-3 полиненасыщенных жирных кислот и больше красного мяса, кофе и трансжиров. Данное исследование является обзорным, и данные о наличии взаимосвязи между диетой и факторами риска развития эндометриоза требуют дальнейшего изучения.
