Некоторые аспекты лечения воспалительных заболеваний кишечника
Аннотация
В статье с современных научных позиций рассмотрены вопросы этиопатогенеза, диагностики и лечения воспалительных заболеваний кишечника - язвенного колита и болезни Крона. Приведены современные принципы лечения пациентов с воспалительными заболеваниями кишечника. Описан клинический случай с нетипичным осложненным течением болезни Крона.
