Из-за своей высокой контагиозности инфекция быстро распространилась на все континенты и была объявлена Всемирной организацией здравоохранения пандемией 11 марта 2020 г. Для написания обзорной статьи были изучены материалы из представленных баз данных на цифровых ресурсах PubMed и Google Scholar, с использованием ключевых слов, соответствующих медицинскому тематическому заголовку MeSH, «беременность» и «COVID-19», «коронавирус» или «SARS-CoV-2». Физиологические изменения, связанные с беременностью, повышают восприимчивость матери к инфекциям в целом, поэтому на фоне беременности течение заболевания может иметь свои особенности. Наиболее важными вопросами в данном случае являются влияние новой коронавирусной инфекции на плод, подходы к родоразрешению. Согласно полученным данным, неблагоприятные исходы включали ранние и поздние самопроизвольные выкидыши, рождение маловесных для гестационного возраста новорожденных и недоношенность. Кесарево сечение являлось основным способом родоразрешения во всех случаях преждевременных родов на фоне новой коронавирусной инфекции, при этом мертворождаемость и неонатальная смертность по сравнению с общей популяцией по нашим данным не увеличивается. В целом хочется надеяться, что со временем научное сообщество получит необходимую информацию об особенностях течения беременности, возможных осложнениях и подходах к родоразрешению у беременных с новой коронавирусной инфекцией в зависимости от степени тяжести. Мы научимся прогнозировать осложнения, что является прекрасной мотивацией для дальнейших исследований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>At the end of 2019, a new acute respiratory disease, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, emerged for the first time in Wuhan, Hubei province, China. Due to its high contagiousness, the infection quickly spread to all continents and was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020. To write a review article, materials from the submitted databases were studied: PubMed and Google Scholar, using keywords corresponding to the medical thematic heading (MeSH), «pregnancy» and «COVID-19», «coronavirus» or «SARS-CoV-2». Physiological changes associated with pregnancy increase the mother's susceptibility to infections in general, therefore, during pregnancy, the course of the disease may have its own characteristics. The most important issues in this case are the impact of the new coronavirus infection on the fetus, approaches to delivery. The findings reported that adverse outcomes included early and late spontaneous miscarriages, low birth weight infants for gestational age, and prematurity. Caesarean section was the main method of delivery in all cases of premature births against the background of a new coronavirus infection, while stillbirth and neonatal mortality compared with the general population, according to the above study results, do not increase. In general, I would like to hope that over time, the scientific community will receive the necessary information on the features of the course of pregnancy, possible complications and approaches to delivery in pregnant women with a new coronavirus infection, depending on the severity, we will learn to predict complications, which is an excellent prospect for further study.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>беременность</kwd><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>коронавирус</kwd><kwd>SARS-CoV-2</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>pregnancy</kwd><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>coronavirus</kwd><kwd>SARS-CoV-2</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Wang C., Horby P.
