<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review provides data on the effectiveness of predictors of preterm labor. The review of publications of the PubMed National Library of Medicine database from 2014 to 2019 was conducted. using the following search conditions: pregnancy, risk factors and prediction of preterm birth. In order to reduce the frequency of preterm birth, predictors of preterm labor have been proposed, making it possible, with a high degree of probability, to assume the term of delivery within 7 days. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>PAMG-1</kwd><kwd>phIGFBP-1</kwd><kwd>Гинекология</kwd><kwd>Коллоквиум</kwd><kwd>Надпочечники плода</kwd><kwd>Предикторы</kwd><kwd>Преждевременные роды</kwd><kwd>Терапия</kwd><kwd>Фибронектин</kwd><kwd>Цервикометрия</kwd><kwd>Эластография</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>predictors</kwd><kwd>preterm labor</kwd><kwd>cervicometry</kwd><kwd>elastography</kwd><kwd>fetal adrenal glands</kwd><kwd>fibronectin</kwd><kwd>PAMG-1</kwd><kwd>phIGFBP-1</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Liu L., Oza S., Hogan D. et al.
