Изучены возможности повышения эффективности лечения пациенток позднего репродуктивного возраста с миомой матки. При предоперационной подготовке использовались селективные модуляторы рецепторов прогестерона, улипристала ацетат.

Possibilities of efficiency increase of treating patients of late reproductive age with hysteromyoma were studied. In pre-surgery preparation, selective modulators of receptors to progesterone, and ulipristal acetate were used.
