В 2017 г. был опубликован международный консенсус, обобщивший существующую доказательную базу в отношении оказания помощи подросткам с СПКЯ. В терапии СПКЯ у подростков были рекомендованы методы немедикаментозной коррекции образа жизни; для редукции клинических симптомов гиперандрогении — локальные косметические манипуляции. Медикаментозные вмешательства должны быть ограничены применением сенситайзеров инсулина и, по показаниям, препаратов антиандрогенного действия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which is sufficiently studied in adults, has significant difficulties in diagnostics and treatment when its debut falls on adolescent period. In 2017, international consensus generalizing the available base of evidence in respect of aid to adolescents with PCOS was published. As the PCOS therapy for adolescents, we recommend methods of non-drug lifestyle correction; to reduce clinical symptoms of hyper-androgynism — local cosmetic manipulations.
