В обзоре обсужден современный подход к диагностике миокардитов и его применимость к условиям рутинной практики. Диагностическое обследование при миокардите является многоступенчатым и требует интеграции клинических симптомов, лабораторных данных и данных визуализации. При этом решающее значение для постановки диагноза миокардита имеют результаты эндомиокардиальной биопсии. Для врача-интерниста такой алгоритм диагностики, как правило, не выполним. Однако невозможность проведения эндомиокардиальной биопсии не должна приводить к отказу от клинической диагностики миокардита.

The review provides a modern approach to the diagnosis of myocarditis and its applicability for the conditions of routine medicine practice. Diagnostic work-up in myocarditis is multistage and requires integration of clinical symptoms, laboratory and imaging data. However, the results of the endomyocardial biopsy are crucial for the diagnosis of myocarditis. This diagnostic algorithm usually is not possible for the internist. But the impossibility of carrying out endomyocardial biopsy should not lead to the rejection of the clinical diagnosis of myocarditis.
