Одним из общих факторов развития этой патологии является активация ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновой системы. Изучена активность ренина плазмы у больных с сочетанием ХОБЛ и АГ и пациентов с АГ; у больных в группах с сочетанием ХОБЛ и АГ, разделенных по данным структурных изменений легочной ткани, и пациентов с АГ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is often combined with hypertension (AH). One of the common factors in the development of this pathology is the activation of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system.
