Существует несколько типов жирных омега-кислот – это омега-9, омега-6 и омега-3 полиненасыщенные липиды. Между ними существуют четкие отличия, как в плане химического строения, так и в отношении действия на организм человека, именно избыток омега-6 приводит к вялотекущим воспалительным процессам в стенках сосудов, суставах, сердце и мозге. В статье рассмотрены механизмы действия и эффекты омега-3 жирных кислот при различных заболеваниях. Освещаются вопросы соотношения омега-6 и омега-3 полиненасыщенных жирных кислот в питании, нормы потребления омега-3 жирных кислот при профилактике и лечении различных заболеваний.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently, one of the most discussed issue in medicine is importance of omega-3 fatty acids for human body. There are several types of omega fatty acids: omega-9, omega-6 and omega-3 polyunsaturated lipids. There are clear distinctions among them, both by chemical structure, and by influence on human body. It is the excess of omega-6 that leads to sluggish inflammatory process in the vascular walls, joints, heart and brain. The article covers action mechanisms and effects of omega-3 fatty acids in different diseases.
