Успехи в технологии геномного секвенирования позволили установить, что именно изменение состава микробиоты кишечника является триггером воспаления в кишечнике, а не наоборот, как это считалось ранее.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>An important role in the development and progression of inflammatory bowel diseases belongs to environmental factors, in particular, the intestinal microbiota.
