Особое внимание уделяется протезам синовиальной жидкости.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents detailed analysis of action mechanisms of hydraulic acid derivatives for intra-articular therapy of osteoarthritis, which includes comparative assessment of different characteristics of preparations from this group, such as elasticity, resilience, molecular mass.
