Ведение острого коронарного синдрома у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 2 типа согласно современным стандартам лечения, с применением хирургической реваскуляризации, не вызывает существенных различий в прогностических параметрах у пациентов, прошедших двух- и трехэтапную кардиореабилитацию.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The effectiveness of the second stage of cardiac rehabilitation on the prognosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) was evaluated.
