Диагностика и лечение пищевой аллергии у детей является одной из насущных проблем практической медицины. Несмотря на изученность проблемы, нередко клинические проявления пищевой аллергии неправильно трактуются и неадекватно лечатся. Целью данной статьи является описание ключевых механизмов формирования пищевой аллергии. В статье даны современные представления о IgE- и не-IgE-зависимой пищевой аллергии. Обсуждаются перспективные методы лабораторной диагностики не-IgE-зависимой пищевой аллергии.

Diagnosis and treatment of food allergies in children is one of the pressing problems of practical medicine. Despite the study of the problem, often the clinical manifestations of food allergies are wrong and inadequately treated. The purpose of this article is to describe the key mechanisms for the formation of food allergies. The article presents modern ideas about IgE and non-IgE-dependent food allergies. Perspective methods of laboratory diagnostics of non-IgE-dependent food allergy are discussed.
