Изучение локальных особенностей респираторной аллергии имеет важное значение для планирования профилактики и правильной фармакотерапии. Во всем мире наиболее рекомендуемой группой препаратов для лечения аллергического ринита являются интраназальные кортикостероиды (будесонид, мометазон, флутиказона пропионат и т. п.). При умеренной или тяжелой форме аллергического ринита и преобладании заложенности носа интраназальные кортикостероиды являются препаратами первой линии лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The prevalence of seasonal allergic rhinitis with/without bronchial asthma in sensitized patients depends on many environmental factors: climatic and geographical location of the region, exposure to pollen, co-morbid diseases, etc. Study of local features of Respiratory Allergy is important for the planning of prevention and proper pharmacotherapy. In the whole world, patients are prescribed intranasal glucocorticosteroid medications (budesonide, mometasone, fluticasone propionate, etc.).
