Проведено двухлетнее открытое многоцентровое наблюдательное исследование влияния золедроновой кислоты на минеральную плотность костной ткани у женщин с постменопаузальным остеопорозом в условиях реальной клинической практики в Российской Федерации. Полученные результаты подтвердили эффективность и безопасность препарата, показанную ранее в международных клинических исследованиях.

Effect of zoledronic acid on bone mineral density in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis was evaluated in 2-year open multicenter observational study in real-world settings in Russian Federation. These data confirmed efficacy and safety of zoledronic acid treatment which were previously shown in the international clinical trials.
