В статье систематизированы имеющиеся современные данные о возможности применения биологических препаратов при воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника у беременных, проведена оценка степени риска их потенциального влияния на плод.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Number of studies related to safety of biological therapy in women patients with intestinal inflammatory diseases during pregnancy is increasing, but the issue is still unsolved due to ethical difficulty of their conducting.
