Рассмотрены проблемы ожирения у детей и подростков и подходы к терапии данной патологии. Отмечается, что наиболее доступным и действенным способом как превенции, так и лечения ожирения у детей и подростков является немедикаментозная терапия, направленная на формирование/модификацию образа жизни не только пациента, но и всего его окружения.

The problems of obesity in children and adolescents, and approaches to the therapy of this pathology were considered. It is highlighted that the most accessible and effective way of both prevention, and treatment of obesity in children and adolescents is non-drug therapy directed to formation/ modification of lifestyle not only for the patient, but also for all his/her environment.
