Представлено описание клинического случая пациента с фульминантными акне (Acne fulminans), данными литературы и собственным опытом; обоснованы рекомендации для дерматовенерологов и хирургов, позволяющие оптимизировать диагностику и лечение заболевания.

The description of the clinical case of a patient with Acne fulminans, the data from the Literature, and own experience justified recommendations for dermatologists and surgeons to optimize the diagnosis and treatment of the disease were presented.
