В статье рассмотрены функциональные нарушения желудочно-кишечного тракта у детей раннего возраста с позиции нарушенных отношений в диаде мать-дитя. Описаны типы психологического компонента гестационной доминанты, мотивы сохранения беременности, формирование привязанности к матери. Представлены современные данные о психогенных расстройствах пищевого поведения: срыгивании, булимии, отказе от приема пищи, которые отражают неадекватное взаимодействие матери с ребенком. Колики, плач и беспокойство ребенка тесно связаны с депрессией и тревожностью матери.

The article discusses the functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract in infants. The types of psychological component of gestational dominant are described. Modern data on psychogenic disorders and eating behavior are presented: regurgitation, bulimia, refusal to eat, which reflect inadequate interaction of the mother with the child. Colic, crying and anxiety of the child are associated with depression and anxiety of the mother.
