Изучены гипотензивные эффекты, а также краткосрочная, суточная и долгосрочная вариабельность артериального давления на фоне лечения ингибитором ангиотензинпревращающего фермента и блокатором рецепторов ангиотензина II у больных артериальной гипертензией в сочетании с хронической обструктивной болезнью легких.

We studied hypotensive effects, as well as short-term, daily and long-term variability of arterial pressure against the background of treatment with angiotensin-transforming ferment inhibitor and angiotensin-ferment blockers II in patients with arterial hypertension in comorbidity with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
