Существует достоверная связь между сахарным диабетом и риском развития сердечно-сосудистых катастроф, возникновения онкологических заболеваний и нарушением когнитивных функций. Инсулинорезистентность рассматривается как одно из ключевых звеньев в развитии данных заболеваний. Соответственно, современные препараты для лечения СД 2 типа должны не только решать вопрос о нормализации параметров углеводного обмена, а также обладать плейотропными свойствами, воздействуя на патогенез. В данной статье рассматривается терапевтическое действие технологически обработанных антител к С-концевому фрагменту ?-субъединицы рецептора инсулина при лечении пациентов с СД 2 типа и ожирением.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The world health organization calls obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus a delayed disaster. There is a significant relationship between diabetes mellitus and the risk of cardiovascular events, cancer and cognitive impairment. Insulin resistance is considered one of the key links in the development of these diseases. For this reason, modern antidiabetic drugs should not only solve the problem of normalization of carbohydrate metabolism parameters, but also have pleiotropic properties, affecting the pathogenesis.
