Рак желудка представляет серьезную медицинскую и социальную проблему как для большинства стран мира, так и для России. Пациенты с хроническим атрофическим гастритом или кишечной метаплазией имеют повышенный риск развития аденокарциномы желудка. В обзоре обобщены существующие международные рекомендации по ведению пациентов с атрофическим гастритом, кишечной метаплазией и дисплазией желудка.

Stomach cancer represents a serious medical and social problem, both for most of the countries, and for Russia. Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis or intestinal metaplasia have increased risk of stomach adenocarcinoma development. This review summarizes the available international guidelines of patient management in atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia and stomach dysplasia.
