Рассмотрены подходы к терапии синдрома срыгиваний у детей первого года жизни. Показано, что применение детских молочных смесей с загустителем, изменяющим консистенцию смеси и повышающим ее вязкость, помогает преодолеть функциональные нарушения желудочно-кишечного тракта, такие как срыгивания, кишечные колики, функциональные запоры. Предложены варианты антирефлюксных молочных смесей.

Approaches to the therapy of regurgitation syndrome in children at the first year of life were considered. It was shown that use of children’s milk mixtures with viscosity improver, which change the mixture consistence and increasing its viscosity, helps overcome functional gastrointestinal disorders, such as regurgitations, intestinal colic, functional constipations. Variants of anti-reflux milk mixtures were suggested.
