Всего было обследовано 150 пациентов.У лиц с различными степенями ожирения по данным ИМТ не было выявлено достоверных отличий по количеству висцеральной жировой ткани и по влиянию на уровень ТГ, глюкозы и ХС-ЛВП. Увеличение содержания висцеральной жировой ткани приводит к достоверному нарастанию уровня триглицеридов, глюкозы и уменьшению содержания ХС-ЛВП. У больных с содержанием висцеральной жировой ткани менее 10% медиана ТГ составила 1,13 [0,76; 1,46] ммоль/л; глюкозы 5,52 [4,99; 5,71] ммоль/л; ХС-ЛВП 1,24 [1,06; 1,42] ммоль/л. У больных с содержанием висцеральной жировой ткани 11% и более медиана ТГ составила 1,585 [1,12; 2,12] ммоль/л; глюкозы 5,97 [5,46; 6,93] ммоль/л; ХС-ЛВП 1.02 [0,86; 1,31] ммоль/л. Все различия высокодостоверны p 0,004. Уровень висцеральной жировой ткани 16% и более сочетается с повышением медианы ТГ и глюкозы выше нормальных значений: более 1,7 ммоль/л и 6,5 ммоль/л соответственно.Степень ожирения не отражает выраженности метаболических нарушений, которые играют важную роль как факторы развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Накопление висцеральной жировой ткани четко ассоциируется с повышением уровня содержания ТГ и глюкозы и снижением уровня содержания ХС-ЛВП. Таким образом, существующая классификация ожирения по степеням не учитывает накопления висцеральной жировой ткани, которая оказывает наиболее неблагоприятное влияние на метаболические нарушения и соответственно на риск развития ССЗ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The relationship between body mass index (BMI), visceral adipose tissue, and TG, glucose, and HDL-C was estimated. A total of 150 patients were examined.</p><p>According to BMI, in individuals with various degrees of obesity, there were no significant differences in the number of visceral adipose tissue and in the effect on the level of TG, glucose and HDL-C. An increase in the content of visceral adipose tissue leads to a significant increase in the level of triglycerides, glucose and a decrease in the content of HDL-C. In patients with a visceral adipose tissue content less than 10%, the median TG was 1.13 [0.76; 1.46] mmol / l; glucose 5.52 [4.99; 5.71] mmol / l; HDL-C 1.24 [1.06; 1.42] mmol / l. In patients with a visceral adipose tissue content 11% or more, the median TG was 1.585 [1.12; 2.12] mmol / l; glucose 5.97 [5.46; 6.93] mmol / l; HDL-C 1.02 [0.86; 1.31] mmol / l. All differences are highly significant p &lt; 0.004. The level of visceral adipose tissue 16% or more is combined with an increase in the median of triglycerides and glucose above normal values: more than 1.7 mmol / l and 6.5 mmol / l, respectively.</p><p>The degree of obesity does not reflect the severity of metabolic disorders, which play an important role, as factors in the development of cardiovascular diseases. The accumulation of visceral adipose tissue is clearly associated with an increase in the level of TG and glucose and a decrease in the level of HDL-C.
