Основные научные направления Конгресса включали следующие темы: острые и хронические нарушения мозгового кровообращения, эпилепсия и пароксизмальные состояния, инфекционные заболевания нервной системы, когнитивные нарушения, наследственные дегенеративные заболевания нервной системы, травмы головного и спинного мозга, реабилитация при заболеваниях нервной системы, неврология пожилого возраста, новые технологии в диагностике и лечении инсульта и многое другое.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. На состоявшемся в рамках конгресса сателлитном симпозиуме ООО «Мерц Фарма» «Организация реабилитации постинсультных пациентов со спастичностью на региональном уровне» обсуждались новейшие подходы к восстановлению пациентов, перенесших инсульт.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. The II All-Russian Neurocongress with international participation was held in Moscow on 10-12 October 2024. The main scientific directions of the Congress included the following topics: acute and chronic cerebral circulatory disorders, epilepsy and paroxysmal states, infectious diseases of the nervous system, cognitive disorders, hereditary degenerative diseases of the nervous system, traumas of the brain and spinal cord, rehabilitation in diseases of the nervous system, neurology of the elderly, new technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of stroke and many others.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.
