Репортаж в формате научных заметок с круглого стола «Трудный пациент», который проводился 19 февраля 2024 года в рамках XX Междисциплинарной конференции с международным участием «Вейновские чтения». На круглом столе рассматривались такие вопросы и проблемы, как сосудистые когнитивные расстройства у пациентов молодого возраста и связь между артериальной гипертензией и неврологическими заболеваниями, а также актуальные эпидемиологические данные и современные диагностические и терапевтические подходы с анализом эффективности и фармакокинетики ряда отечественных препаратов.

Report from the XX Interdisciplinary Conference with international participation "Veinovskie Chtenia", "Difficult Patient" section, which was held on February 19, 2024. The issues addressed were vascular cognitive disorders in young patients and the relationship between arterial hypertension and neurological diseases, as well as up-to-date epidemiological data and diagnostic and therapeutic approaches with the analysis of efficacy and pharmacokinetics of products.
