Представлен алгоритм раннего выявления меланомы кожи в районной поликлинике. Авторы делают вывод, что необходимо широко внедрять эксцизионную биопсию диспластических невусов в районных поликлиниках. Все врачи, к которым обращаются пациенты в районных поликлиниках, а также средний медперсонал должны обращать внимание на диспластические невусы и направлять больных к хирургу для выполнения биопсии. Увеличение числа биопсий приведет к увеличению выявляемости ранних меланом и снижению смертности от этого заболевания в России.
An algorithm for early detection of skin melanoma in a district polyclinic is presented. The authors conclude that it is necessary to widely implement excisional biopsy of dysplastic nevi in district polyclinics. All the doctors who consult patients in district polyclinics, as well as the average medical staff should identify dysplastic nevi and send patients to the surgeon to perform a biopsy. An increase in the number of biopsies will lead to an increase in the detection of early melanomas and a decrease in mortality from this disease in Russia.
