Также проведен обзор роли гормонов, иммунных клеток и цитокинов в формировании эндометриоза и варианты фармакологической терапии.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review aims to bring together the current understanding regarding the pathogenesis of endometriosis with specific focus on mechanisms behind vascularization of the lesions and the contribution of immune factors in facilitating lesion formation and development. The role of hormones, immune cells, and cytokine signaling is highlighted, in addition to discussing the current pharmaceutical options available for management of pain symptoms in women with endometriosis. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Актуальная тема</kwd><kwd>Иммунологические аспекты заболевания</kwd><kwd>Интерлейкины</kwd><kwd>Терапия</kwd><kwd>Факторы роста</kwd><kwd>Цитокины</kwd><kwd>Эндометриоз</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>endometriosis</kwd><kwd>immunological aspects</kwd><kwd>growth factors</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd><kwd>interleukins</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Cramer D.
